Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of DNA Wellness Club services, including our websites, member app, membership packages, class bookings, and onsen sessions across our Bangkok branches (together, the “Services”). By creating an account, purchasing credits, booking a session, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

DNA Wellness Club (“DNA”, “we”, “us”) operates a members-only wellness club offering yoga, pilates, and onsen experiences. Contact: hello@dnawellnessclub.com.

2. Membership & eligibility

• Services are intended for members and authorized guests of DNA Wellness Club.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account.
• Founder and Regular membership tiers may include different booking windows, waitlist priority, and package pricing, as shown at purchase.

3. Credits, packages & payments

• Sessions are booked using credits. Credit values and package pricing may vary by branch and service type.
• Credits and packages are personal to your membership unless we expressly allow transfers.
• Unused credits expire according to the package terms disclosed at purchase. Expired credits are not refundable unless required by law.
• Fees are charged in the currency stated at checkout. Taxes may apply where required.

4. Bookings, waitlists & cancellations

• Bookings are subject to capacity, branch hours, and your membership booking window (for example, up to 14 days for Founder members and 7 days for Regular members, unless otherwise stated).
• Waitlist placement and notifications may prioritize Founder members when a spot opens.
• Late cancellations, no-shows, or failure to check in may result in credit forfeiture or fees as described in the app or at the branch.
• We may cancel or reschedule sessions for operational, safety, or instructor reasons.

5. Club access & QR check-in

• Entry may require a dynamic QR code generated in the member app. Codes are single-use and time-limited.
• Sharing, screenshotting for third-party use, or reselling access is prohibited.
• Staff may refuse entry if your membership is invalid, suspended, or if safety rules are not followed.

6. Onsen & class safety

• You are responsible for assessing whether yoga, pilates, thermal bathing, or related activities are appropriate for your health. Consult a medical professional if unsure.
• Follow instructor and staff guidance, posted house rules, and session time limits (including onsen timers).
• You participate at your own risk to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for injury or loss arising from misuse of facilities or failure to follow instructions.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the app, website, booking system, or QR access controls
• Harass staff, members, or guests, or disrupt sessions
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or member data
• Use the Services for commercial resale of bookings or memberships without our consent

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

DNA Wellness Club names, logos, content, and app materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as needed to use the Services.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, and our aggregate liability arising from the Services is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Services giving rise to the claim in the three months before the event.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Bangkok shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
